Accounts may be put on hold for a monthly $30 Freeze Fee. To guarantee this, please provide us with a 7-day notice before billing

An early termination fee of $60 applies if membership is canceled before the end of the 12-month term

No rollover services, services must be used in the month it was paid for.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

At the end of your 12-month term, you must renew your membership agreement for another 12-month term. If you do not renew and sign your agreement again, membership and benefits will end at the end of the month following your 12th auto-billing.

You are responsible for always keeping a valid credit card on file. If your card declines twice in a row and we can’t get a hold of you to update it, your membership will be canceled and a $60 early termination fee will be charged.
